This is a photo of Cape Kamui in Shakotan Town, Hokkaido.
As you can see, there is a foot path called Charenka's Path. You can walk to the tip of this cape.
There is a gate at the entrance. They shut this gate when a bear is spotted, so the path may be closed to keep you out. But relax. It is very rare that a bear walks around there instead of you (haha).
The sea is good not only for your eyes, but also for your taste buds! So, the last thing you want to do there is to miss out on tasting the scrumptious seafood. Even if you can't eat fish raw, don't worry. You can find cooked dishes too.
Wanna go there? You may take bus, but the best way to get there is by car. It takes about 2.5 hours from the New Chitose Airport, according to internet info.
(Note: If you are not used to driving in snow, I don't recommend driving in winter here in Hokkaido. I personally definitely don't go there by car in winter)

これは北海道は積丹町にある「神威岬」の写真です。
ご覧の通り、遊歩道（チャレンカの小道）があり岬の先端まで歩いて行くことができます。
入口にはゲートがあって、クマが目撃されたときは閉じてしまうので遊歩道に入れないこともあります。でもご安心を。人ではなくクマが歩き回るなんてことは滅多にありませんから（笑）。
この海は目の保養になるだけじゃないんです。味覚にもグッドなんです。ここに来て最高の海の幸を堪能しないなんて手はありません。生魚はちょっとという方、心配ご無用。ちゃんと火を通したメニューもありますから。
行きたくなっちゃいました？バスでも行けないことはないのですが、やっぱり一番は車です。インターネットの情報では新千歳空港から2時間30分ほどとのこと。
（注：雪道の運転に不慣れな場合には冬の北海道での車の運転はおすすめしません。僕自身は冬には絶対に車では行きません）
